Abstract :
In the perspective of three dimensions for resource-capacity, organization-capacity and outcome-capacity, the article establishes the indexes of accomplishment appraisal. And sum-of-weighted-square method for accomplishment adjustment is put forward. Further, empirical research on accomplishment appraisal for international liner shipping enterprises is achieved and arrives at effective conclusions.
