Abstract
Low-Temperature Cofired Ceramics enables the creation of monolithic, three-dimensional, controlled-impedance microwave circuits/packages. Successful manufacture of these circuits requires the proper materials, processes, and equipment. Recent advances in new ceramics combined with the development of manufacturing automation are now available for production of high-performance, low-cost microwave modules.<>
