Abstract :
Aimed at the image process and disaster application of small satellite constellation of environment and disaster´s monitoring and predicting (shorted for HJ-1), an image geometric correction system is designed. A high precision image matching algorithm of remote sensing image from many satellite sources towards HJ-1 is proposed in this paper. And a strict orbit model algorithm based on GCP and a collinearity equation is also proposed in this paper. The system has worked well and its precision and performance satisfied the disaster reduction.
