Abstract
Respect to ground-based microwave radiometer, the paper presents exponent calibration based on blackbody cooled by liquid nitrogen. In order to correct the calibration coefficients, this paper also presents tipping method at low optical depth (K band), which is different from common tipping method. It observes the clear-sky and clear-sky with noise injection to correct nonlinear factor and stability of noise. The calibration results show that using tipping method can achieve high resolution.
