Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate university students stress level and brainwave balancing Index (BBI) in the early and the end of a study semester. The brainwave signals were recorded using g-Mobilab from Guger Technologies whereas the stress level is measured using Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire by Sheldon Cohen. Participants consist of 29 volunteering Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) undergraduate students. The result shows that at the end of the semester, the brainwave tends to be more balance; however the stress score is higher.
