Abstract
Plastic technology is a basic process where plastic materials which are usually in chemical form are processed and shaped into variety of products. The science and technology of plastics has grown to such a prominent level where many products which were once exclusively made from metals, are now being replaced with plastic ones. Amongst these the plastic bag making machines are gaining lot of importance in today´s era. This work presents the development of a 3rd Generation Embedded Controller for Bag making Machine with TFT and Touch Screen with latest technologies such as NFC and WiFi Connectivity. The design is implemented using the ARM7 Embedded Processor interfaces for Near Field Communication. Also Simple Link Wi-Fi Module is used for WiFi connectivity. The different system components are briefly discussed followed by a description of overall design.
