Abstract :
The benzene/alcohol extractives from Artocarpus lingnanensis Leavies have inhibitory effects on bamboo moulds. However Artocarpus lingnanensis leavies are still underutilized and hence wasted. In order to better utilize Artocarpus lingnanensis leavies resources, the biomedicine resource of benzene/alcohol extractives from Artocarpus lingnanensis Leavies were analyzed by GC/MS. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. The main ingredients of benzene/alcohol extractives of Artocarpus lingnanensis Leavies were toluene, 3-methylmannoside, 10-nonadecanol, ethyl .alpha.-d-glucopyranoside, 1-naphthalenamine, n-phenyl-, nordextromethorphan, 1-butanol, 4-butoxy-, phenol, 2-(1-phenylethyl)-, spiro[3-cyclohexene-1,2´-[2h]furo[3,2-f][1]benzopyran]-2,5-dione, 1´,7´-dihydro-3,4,4´,5´,7´,7´-hexamethyl-1´-(2-methylpropenyl)-, 1,4-benzenediol, 2-methyl-, 4-((1e)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl)-2-me thoxyphenol, phenol, 2,4-bis(1-phenylethyl)-, d-glycero-d-galacto-heptose, phenol, 2,4-bis(1-phenylethyl)-, methyl-(2-hydoxy-3-ethoxy-benzyl)e ther, benzenepropanol, etc. The results obtained fully indicated that the benzene/alcohol extractives of Artocarpus lingnanensis Leavies had the great potential usements.
