Abstract :
The author presents a novel table to determine the number of roots of a real polynomial in the right half of the complex plane. The new table is based on the Sturm theorem and Routh theorem. The table presents some advantages: it is fast and also the robust stability of linear time invariant systems with parametric uncertainty is possible to determine necessary and sufficient conditions by means of "Sign Decomposition" (C. Elizondo-Gonzalez, 1999; 2000; 2001)
