Abstract
This paper describes the development of a real-time digital simulation platform for testing the integration of distributed generation in electrical network. A "hardware in the loop" VSC modelling is presented with an application to a gas micro turbine. We highlight the methodology used to achieve this new type of simulation and present the real-time performance to illustrate the method
