Abstract :
This paper presents some aspects of the practical design of uniplanar broadband systems. This design uses concurrently, a physical approach and usual CAD software which are applied to the design of a wideband hybrid magic tee. High directivity and a good balance between the coupled arms are obtained on a 4 GHz-16 GHz bandwidth. The experimental results are in good agreement with theoretical ones.<>
