Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate objective alterations in somatosensory vertigo, in order to validate a specific treatment technique which attempts to neutralize the trigger-points effects on postural stability. In particular, a force platform was used for measuring the posturograms of patients before and after the rehabilitation treatment, and the recorded data were analyzed with the help of advanced graphical representations. The results are encouraging as regards both the treatment technique and the analysis methods
