Abstract
The problem of state and input estimation for uncertain linear singular systems with unknown inputs is considered. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the observer and a simple method to design the observer are given. The robust stability of the closed-loop obtained by dynamic output feedback is also discussed
