Abstract
The purpose of this study were to discuss diversity mentoring and organization´s influence. The case study is a high technology company in Taiwan. There are 11 employees interviewed, and come out the conclusions as: diversity mentoring from organizational development, has faced the multiple hardships but still insisted on keeping conducting, influence on the organization and employees from the mentoring systems. We then further discuss the theoretical and managerial implications of our conclusions.
