Abstract :
The U.S.A. has remained at the forefront of the world in the exploration of human resource management (hereinafter referred to as HRM). Some changes have taken place to HRM in U.S.A after the financial crisis. In this paper, firstly, the changes on environment of HRM in U.S.A. are analyzed from four perspectives-technological advancement, unemployment rate, labor force structure and outsourcing. Secondly, the trends of HRM in the USA are explored in the hope of being some references to better improve China´s HRM with Chinese characteristics.
