Abstract :
In this paper, the concept and development process psychological Contract is introduced firstly. Then, the measurement method of Psychological Contract is discussed. Thirdly, we summarized the effect of Psychological Contract on Employee performance, including the direct effect and the indirect effect. Based on the analysis, we build a comprehensive model of Effect of Psychological Contract on Employee performance. Finally, the directions of future research are discussed.
