Abstract :
As the improvement of Internet and telecommunication technology, the IT corporations are facing the challenges of transformation, and the purchasing is in the key place of the operation system in the corporations. Central purchasing was the last direction. This paper study the case of the standardization purchasing management of Communication corporations, takes the example of purchasing for self-service terminals.
