Abstract :
In this study, business managers as the research object, build the management of competency-based mentoring model. Management Mentoring-Job Competency Modeling from a higher starting level of organizational development to reflect the behavior of structured mentoring active mode, making mentoring activities into a "target-the development of" new process; and the diagnosis of jobs and tasks by characteristics of the key evaluation competence to conduct mentoring and development of competence.
