Abstract
This study aims to improve the angular accuracy of DTI to resolve fiber orientations in rat brain by using HTS RF coil system, compared to the conventional copper RF coil system. The comparison of angular accuracy quantified as deviation angles was discussed and the capability of using HTS RF coil system to resolve neural architecture was demonstrated.
