Abstract :
Based on the literature review and questionnaire investigation, the paper analyzes the effect made by human resource management practices on organizational performance in Chinese manufacturing industry. The data of this research was collected from 28 cities in 13 provinces in China, via network by both website and electronic questionnaires. In addition, this paper discusses different emphases of human resource management according to organizational characteristics. Thus, we can help them understand the role of human resource management.
