Abstract :
Identifying the potential for market power by including network effects is important. It is properly designed network that can enable markets to function and, if not properly matched to the market design, dysfunction. Since current networks are legacy networks and current markets are incomplete, there are many scenarios that can cause market dysfunction. One way to identify some of them is to create metrics based on the network. We have presented on here in the paper.
