Abstract :
This paper starts with ideas about how to use handheld devices in the area of mobile network management. Then, the OSI-framework for network management and SNMP are quickly surveyed. Next, we discuss the design and implementation of our tool for the Palm OS. Afterwards, the user-interface is presented. Some remarks including future enhancements and visions conclude the paper
