Abstract :
As the financial crisis, China´s enterprises have downsizing in order to survive. To downsizing effectively and minimize adverse effects, companies are seeking outsourcing services. In this paper introduced about its concept, pointed out that its risks could make the enterprises to loss profits, and finally come up with some suggestions on how to shun the risks of it.
