  • Abstract
Numerical studies of low pressure discharge in the cavity component, such as impedance transformer, are discussed in this paper. The basic physics behind such a phenomenon also have been described. In the S-band impedance transformer low pressure discharge effect will take place in the pressure range of 3-8mBar. In addition, the influence of the temperature for the breakdown threshold is slight.
