Abstract :
Based on the existing study of domestic and international management theory and a variety of psychological motivation theory, principles of incentive based on the psychological contract have been presented in order to effectively mobilize creativity and enthusiasm of employees to improve the company´s cohesion and centripetal force, we should apply proper ways or approaches of incentives to establish incentive system of the employees under the new situation, starting from the employee´s psychological thinking and enhancing innovative consciousness and sense of ownership in order to enhance the company´s core competitiveness, thus ensuring the company´s sustainable development.
