  • Abstract
    The theory and measurement results of a simple calibration procedure to determine error-corrected parameters for the full model are presented. This TMS-15-term procedure is based on closed solutions and only needs three known calibration standards. The accuracies and viabilities are excellent, as proved by measurements.<>
