Abstract :
Evaluating and selecting electric equipment suppliers practically, effectively and reasonably can control the quality of power plant runs. On the basis of analyzing existing appraising method for supplier selection, this article builds up a comprehensive evaluation index system for electric equipment suppliers. AHP for determining criterion´s weight is expounded, and then the appraisal and selection model based AHP and GRA is built. Finally, Charge with an example to explain the concrete application of this method on appraising electric equipment supplier.
