Abstract :
The paper puts forward a competency appraisal measure: IPCA-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, which applies the Improved Principal Component Analysis, combines the Multiple Linear Regression with the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. Finally, progressing example-demonstrated, explicating the application and maneuverability of IPCA-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in job appraisal and performance appraisal.
