Abstract :
We describe the calculation results of the leaky wave antenna using a circularly polarized CRLH transmission line without a phase shifter. This antenna is a simple structure. The specific characteristics of the circularly polarized wave have been confirmed by the simulation. We have investigated the dispersion characteristics and the radiation characteristics of the antenna. The beam scanning range was achieved 22 degrees from the forward to the backward by changing the frequency.
