Abstract :
On the basis of the Literature analysis and the advertisement content analysis, we develop a scale of middle-level manages´ competencies. Then we hand out it to the MBA student. After the investigating and data analyzing, we construct the competency model. It includes leadership characteristics, mature mind, key construction, emotion quotient, thought ability, strong self-motivating, management capability, and team management.
