Abstract

Based on the study of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) theory, and presented OEE as the evaluation index. Then systematic analyzed and improved from shutdown loss, transshipment and debugging loss, temporarily shutdown loss, deceleration loss, starting defective goods loss and manufacturing defective goods loss of OEE loss. Finally, Taking the production line in a domestic enterprise as an example, and systematic analyzed it based on OEE. Fatherly, the improvement methods was proposed, and reached the aim of optimizing and improving the productivity of shop.
