Abstract :
With the development of knowledge economic, the knowledge workers have been the core resource of the company. It is difficult to manage knowledge worker effectively because of their creativity and independence. Traditional methods of performance are simple and direct, but they greatly depend on people´s subjective judgment and experience. In order to overcome the default, this paper put forward the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the weight of performance index. Then to establish performance appraisal to evaluate knowledge employees´ performance. Finally the sample illuminates the validity and feasibility of this method.
