Abstract
An analysis method oriented to the design of microwave power amplifiers is presented. The method, based on a dedicated non-linear analysis algorithm, allows the evaluation of optimum harmonic loading of the power stage, taking advantage of proper matching conditions. The results compare well with more elaborate and lengthy CAD-simulated harmonic load-pull.<>
