Abstract
On the basis of 627 valid questionnaires from Inner Mongolia and Shandong manufactures, this paper analyzed the relationship between the various dimensions of psychological Capital and the various dimensions of performance using correlation analysis and regression analysis and other methods. According to the empirical research, it is concluded that knowledge workers´ Psychological Capital is correlated with their performance positively. The results show the necessity to invest psychological Capital in the organizations.
