  • Abstract
The correlation analysis method on questionnaire investigation data is proposed to optimize primary satisfaction degree assessment method by analyzing current problems in satisfaction degree evaluation index system in order to make sure the independence among assessment data. The evaluation indexes of the inpatient satisfaction degree are established through correlation analysis of 34 primary assessment satisfaction data in 5 evaluation index systems, which are medical technique data of doctor, situation of hospital care, service attitude of staffs, facility conditions, and doctor´s moral. The evaluation index system optimized by correlation analysis not only maintains reliability and efficiency and also improves the practicability and applicability of assessment.
