Abstract :
The paper presents topic areas in the form of ten questions formulated at the start of COST Project 235 which have been investigated by Working Group 3. Many of the problems identified have received in-depth studies analytically and experimentally. The paper outlines the significant progress achieved in the formulation of a generalised site shielding procedure and more generally in the modelling of urban radiowave propagation for use in radio system planning and coordination
