Abstract :
Based on total purchasing amount and supply risks, a 4-quadrant method could be used to classify aeronautic materials into common materials, lever materials, strategic materials and bottle-neck materials. In this paper, a 3-side purchasing price game model of strategic aeronautic material is constructed by using the economic Bertrand model and with considering the characteristics of strategic aeronautic markets. Based on which the purchaser´s pricing strategies are also discussed in detail.
