Abstract :
This paper is a review on the recent advances in the area of periodic leaky-wave antenna modelling. Specifically, it presents a generalized equivalent transmission line modeling approach and provides a general methodology for efficient broadside radiation based on the recent contributions and in combination with the authors recent works (Otto et al., 2010), (Otto et al., 2011).
