Abstract
This paper proposes dynamic media partition which performs load-balancing of the respective server and network for continuous multimedia information (such as audio and video). The proposed method is capable of efficiently using the servers and network by reserving the bandwidths of the transmission lines between a client and servers on the network, monitoring the load on each server, and effectively partitioning continuous multimedia information
