The Researches on Performance Evaluation of Introducing Overseas Intelligence Project of High Education in China

The job of introducing overseas intelligence is an important part in many colleges and universities. In China, there is still no unified quantitative evaluation method now. In this paper, we developed an evaluation index system for the performance of introducing overseas intelligence project, and use of non-linear DEA method to evaluate the project performance of high education, and then we can improve the management level of the introducing overseas intelligence project. After the simulation implementation of the case with computer, we have proved that the method is effective and reliably, it can help colleges and universities improve the performance of introducing overseas intelligence project.
