Abstract :
A fuzzy PI controller based on analytical structure is designed to control the batching system of sintering process. With the definition of a fuzzy controller with difference space membership and sum-product inference, the analytical structure of fuzzy controller is derived to adjust the parameters of PI controller. The fuzzy PI controller based on the analytical structure is easy to be programmed, and especially for PLC. Simulation results manifest that the method is effect.
