Abstract :
This paper analyzes the main reasons which cause urban land subsidence, and discusses the mechanisms of the effects caused by building loading and the change of groundwater level. Using the theory of statistical analysis, mathematical model of land subsidence is built, and the effect of the model is also validated by practical data. The analysis results show the fitting effect is good and the model has highly practical value.
