  • Abstract
    Resonator techniques for precise measurements of gazes and condensed media in wide frequency range (from 36 GHz up to 380 GHz) and in the temperature interval (from 80 K up to 780 K) are presented. The resonator methods of dielectric and reflectivity parameter measurement are introduced which not needs any external calibrations or standards for refractive index, loss tangent, reflectivity calculations. The high pure Silica glass and mono crystal Quartz as the reference materials for refractive index and loss tangent values are presented. The high pure Diamond cut Copper, Gold and Aluminum mirrors as reference materials for temperature up to 600°C are also presented.
