Abstract
An original dielectric resonator dual-mode discriminator is described for narrow band low-cost microwave receiver applications. The device is useful for receivers possessing an ultimate bandwidth from 5 to 50 MHz. An application is presented where the discriminator is used for automatic frequency control in a Ku-band satellite beacon receiver
