Abstract
The finite-difference-time-domain code was used to visualize the wake field in 3-D associated with a traveling beam. A short video was generated to observe the 3-D time evolution of the wake fields as a beam traveling in a cylindrical pipe encounters two structures: a cylindrically shaped pillbox cavity with and without parallel flat plates.<>
