Abstract :
Here we report on the growth mechanism, the structural and thermoelectric characterization of phase change materials as Ge1Sb2Te4, Ge2Sb2Te4 in amorphous and crystalline states. In comparison the phase change behaviour from amorphous to crystalline state of the well known thermoelectric material (Bi,Sb)2Te3 is investigated.
