Abstract :
With the further division of social work and the development of logistics and supply chain, how to participate supply chain and provide better services to companies in chain is a new task which middle and small scale logistics enterprises facing presently. There are some main development patterns of middle and small scale logistics enterprises which include vendor (distributor) cooperation based on specialization, virtual management and comprehensive participation of supply chain. Middle and small scale logistics enterprises can use AHP in development pattern selection.
