Abstract :
The measurement and control of water salinity in aquaculture, environmental protection, and marine resource exploitation is crucial. This paper presents wireless method measure water salinity, it mainly analyses the theoretical of the measurements of water salinity, illustrates the effects of temperature on the salinity measurement, and proposes temperature compensation methods to get a more accurate salinity. This article mainly proposes a wireless method to measure the salinity with Zigbee network. Through actual measurements indicate that the proposed method can be well done in the water salinity and temperature measurements. It also illustrates the design of wireless node, and demonstrates the running processes of nodes.
