Abstract :
We report the 22 GB and 35 Mbps rewritable disk system for HD digital video recording. We apply a high numerical aperture (NA) objective and a blue laser diode (LD) on optical pickup, using the land/groove recording technique. We show some new technologies with which we can ensure playability.
