Abstract :
This paper has presented methods in dyeing machine temperature control. The temperature of airflow dyeing machine has a pure delay, which affects yarn quality. The SM-MAC control algorithm is based on two models: one is the prediction models, which is the internal model; the other is the reference model. The SM-MAC method adapt to airflow dyeing machine temperature system´s characteristics-complex model and large-delay. The method not only guarantees the good tracking effect and exact control accuracy of the control system, but also improve the response speed of control system and the control quality.
