Abstract
This paper is devoted to a theoretical investigation of an influence of Miller´s force on the initial stage (the stage of a surface charge creation) of MW SEEA (secondary electron emission avalanche) under various conditions. It has been shown that this force can significantly affect the initial stage of the SEEA resulting in the linear or the exponential time dependence of the surface charge density. Also the dependence of Miller´s force on an angle of incidence of the EM wave has been studied for electric and magnetic polarization. In the second case not only a value of the force varies with the angle, but its sign as well
